Order of the Most Holy Rosary which was conferred by the Father General of the Dominican Order to those who were particularly deserving among the Tertiaries of the Order. This rare and highly collectible brest award is composed of a silver star with a Dominican Cross covered with black and white enamel, the central part is encircled with a dark red enamel rim inscribed in Latin: Quis Ut Deus, Rex Regnum. Circa the first half of the 20th century. Presented in a Spink branded box. Spink and Son established 1666 are an auction and collectibles company known principally for their sales of coins, banknotes, stock and bond certificates and medals.
